1. What GotMine does

GotMine helps groups plan a shared cost, split it into personal shares, and track contributions on a schedule the group chooses.

GotMine is not a bank, lender, or credit provider. We do not advance funds, charge interest, or assess late fees. A schedule is a plan the group agrees to, not a loan.

2. Organizers and participants

The organizer creates a plan, sets the goal amount, invites participants and connects a payout account. Organizers are responsible for how collected funds are used.

Participants are responsible for their own share and for the accuracy of the payment details they provide.

3. Payments and payouts

Contributions are processed by our payment processor. GotMine never stores raw card or bank account numbers.

Payouts settle to the organizer's connected account according to the processor's schedule. Demo Payment mode records test contributions only and moves no money.

4. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled between the group and the organizer, and reflected in GotMine as reversal records so history stays complete.

Chargebacks and processor disputes follow the processor's rules.

5. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You may close your account at any time; financial records are retained as required.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
