What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, optional phone, and notification preferences.
Plan data: plans you organize or join, your share, your schedule, and your contribution history.
Payment metadata from our processor: contribution amounts, statuses and processor reference IDs. We never receive or store raw card or bank numbers.
What the group can see
Organizers see each participant's share, progress and standing so they can manage the plan.
Participants always see their own schedule and history. Other participants' amounts are hidden unless the organizer turns on group transparency for that plan.
How we use data
To run your plans, calculate schedules and catch-up amounts, send the reminders you opted into, and keep an auditable financial record.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
Update your profile and notification preferences at any time in Settings. Email reminders and receipts can be switched off independently. SMS is disabled until you configure it.
Ask us to delete your account; contribution records tied to other people's plans are retained in anonymized form.
Security
Access is enforced per row in our database so you can only read data for plans you organize or belong to. Payment success is only ever recorded server-side.
GotMine is a planning and payment coordination tool. GotMine is not a lender, does not extend credit, and never charges interest or late fees.
